🔥 Foundational Strength – Master bodyweight control with push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and core work.
⚡ Explosive Power – Develop fast-twitch muscle fibers with plyometric push-ups, box jumps, and tuck jumps.
🤸 Mobility & Flexibility – Enhance range of motion with deep stretches, bridges, and dynamic warm-ups.
🎯 Balance & Coordination – Train like an acrobat with handstands, single-leg exercises, and precision landing drills.
